Ordering

We accept orders thru our online checkout, by email, fax, or telephone. Our payment terms are major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), or Net 30 days with credit approval. When ordering via a credit card, please note that INFOS, Inc. will appear as the merchant name on your credit card statement. Please refer to the following details when placing an order. When paying by check, please make checks out to INFOS, Inc.

Online Ordering

To place an order online, create an account, then checkout. Online, we accept major credit cards(VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX.

Order By Fax or Email

We accept approved customer Net30 orders via Fax or Email. Please include Bill-To and Ship-to addresses, telephone/fax#, email address, contact name, and shipping method (ground, 2nd Day etc..), along with order details. Orders can be in the form of a Purchase Order, our down-loadable order form, or printed or typed freeform. Fax orders to 315-826-5131, or email to sales@fiberopticsstore.com. Upon receiving order, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm via email or Fax.
